I’d like to represent the people of Chelsea, Whitefield, Jefferson, Nobleboro, and all of the people of Maine. I’ll make wise, common sense choices for all of us. I’ll focus on taking steps toward affordable healthcare for all, improving our local economy, boosting small and medium size business, investing in our infrastructure, creating incentives to keep our young people here to build a successful career, and ensure the people of Maine have a clear path towards success.

Alan Plummer was raised in North Whitefield and learned at an early age the importance of community service. He has lived in the greater Augusta Area all of his life except for four years when serving on active duty in the U.S. Army. Alan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of Maine at Farmington and his Masters of Science from Thomas College.

He has been an active volunteer as a Food Gleaner and Master Gardner at the University of Maine Cooperative Extension, Most recently, he’s volunteers his massage therapy skills to wounded veterans at the Travis Mills veterans’ retreat.
