This Community Conversations event will take a look at November’s referendum Question 3: An Act to Create the Pine Tree Power Company, a Nonprofit, Customer-owned Utility. Do you want to create a new power company governed by an elected board to acquire and operate existing for-profit electricity transmission and distribution facilities in Maine?

You’ll hear short presentations from both sides and will be able to ask questions of the panelists.

This event is Free and Open to the Public. Pre-registration is not required.

Community Conversations is a series of forums and discussions on topics of concern to Lincoln County residents that was founded in the belief that friendly discussion and sharing of facts and opinions is a bridge to a stronger community.
