March with Us in the Windjammer Days Parade!

BOOTHBAY HARBOR Maine, June 13, 2024–The Boothbay Region Democratic Committee is excited to announce our participation in this year’s Windjammer Days Parade in Boothbay Harbor and we’re calling on all local Democrats and unenrolled voters to join us!

In this critical election year, we’re committed to supporting our outstanding local Democratic candidates.  Our vibrant community float will showcase the spirit and values of the Democratic Party, and we want you to be a part of it. Year-round members of our community, summer residents and visitors are all welcome to walk with us. Whether you’re a longtime Democrat or someone who shares our vision for a better future, we encourage you to come and make your voice heard.  State Senator Cameron Reny (Senate District 13) and Representative Holly Stover (House District 48) will join us for the Parade. A strong turnout will demonstrate our enthusiastic backing for these exceptional leaders as they seek re-election to Maine’s Legislature in November.

Date: Wednesday, June 26
Time: Assemble at 3:00 PM, Parade starts at 4:00 PM and lasts for about 1 hour
Location: Begins at Boothbay Region High School, ends downtown Boothbay
Harbor.

Come show your support for our shared ideals of progress, inclusivity, and community engagement and have some fun while doing it. Let’s make this year’s Windjammer Days Parade a celebration of democracy and unity. Together, we can make a difference!
