Evan Goodkowsky is a broadband infrastructure consultant who provides guidance and expertise in information and communications technology, broadband infrastructure, and community planning. He is also an assessor’s agent for the Town of Westport Island. He has also served on a number of town boards and committees. Evan is a graduate of Wiscasset High School and the University of Southern Maine. He holds a master’s degree in policy, planning and management from the Muskie School of Public Service. Evan lives in Wiscasset.
