2024 Caucus

Your Vote, Our Democracy: Lincoln County Dems Caucus 2024

Democrats all across Maine will gather for our biennial caucuses February 3-4 to begin organizing for the 2024 elections! These biennial caucuses are grassroots organizing at its best. We’ll meet our Democratic candidates and help them qualify for the 2024 ballot, visit with other Dems in our towns and get started on plans for this critical election year.

In Lincoln County, we’re gathering in seven locations, coming together to hear from candidates, elect delegates for the Maine Democratic State Convention (in Bangor May 31-June1), elect local committee leaders and election clerks, reconnect, collect items for our Food Pantry Project (paper towels, toilet paper, coffee and tea, hot/cold cereal and canned soups) and have fun!

You’ll have a chance to sign forms to help Democratic candidates qualify for the 2024 ballot and make your $5 Clean Elections qualifying contribution to help eligible candidates qualify for campaign funds.

You can run to represent your town at the 2024 Maine Democratic State Convention in May in Bangor or put your name in the hat to be an election clerk in your town. We’ll also elect officers for our local Democratic committees and conduct other local committee business.
